Classes

 

A continually growing library of 10 to 30-minute Physio-led Pilates classes you can join at your own pace. 

Classes are organised by level, duration and area, making it easy to choose sessions that suit your body and day. 

 

Class Levels

 

Foundation Pilates

Slower-paced classes focussed on technique, control and building strong movement foundations.

Suitable if you're new to Pilates, returning after a break, or prefer a more supported approach. 

Progressive Pilates

More challenging sessions designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence in movement. 

Suitable if you're comfortable with the basics and looking to progress safely. 

Targeted Sessions

Shorter classes designed to focus on specific areas of the body, or movement goals. 

Examples include hip mobility, back care, core control and shoulder mobility. Ideal on their own or alongside longer classes. 

Live Class & Catch-Up

A weekly live Physio-led Pilates class.

Attend live when you can, or catch up later via the replay added to the library. Live classes are included in your membership.

A note on moving safely

 

These classes are designed and led by a Physiotherapist and include options throughout. 

You're encouraged to move within a comfortable range, stop anything that doesn't feel right and rest whenever you need to. 

If you have a specific injury or medical concern, it's always appropriate to seek individual advice alongside these classes.  

There's no pressure to keep up, simply choose what feels supportive today.
