If you're wondering whether this platform is right for you, you're not alone. Here are answers to some of the most common questions.

Do I need Pilates experience?

No. Foundation classes are suitable if you're new to Pilates or returning to movement after a break. Each class includes clear guidance and options so you can move at a pace that feels right for you.

The 3 Fundamental videos go through the basics of breathing and movement so if you're never tried Pilates, these are a great option for you before you try a class.

Is this suitable if I have back pain or joint issues?

Classes are designed and led by a Chartered Physiotherapist and focus on safe, controlled movements. If you have general stiffness or tension in your back or joints, the Foundation classes are a good place to start, alongside the short Targeted Sessions, specifically for back mobility.

If you have an acute episode of pain, or are experiencing sciatic or other nerve pain, then classes may not be suitable at this time and you should consult a Physio or GP before starting exercise.

How does the membership work?

Membership gives you unlimited access to the full on-demand class library, plus a weekly 30-minute class. New classes are added regularly.

You have a free 7-day Trial!

Then membership is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum contract.

A single Pilates class normally costs £12 - 15. With the membership, you have unlimited access for £19.99.

Is this a long-term commitment?

No. You're membership gives you access for 1 month, then rolls on each month you want to continue. You can cancel anytime. No minimum contract.

What if I can't attend the live class?

If you miss the live class, the replay is added to the catch-up library so you can join at a time that suits you.

How long are the classes?

Classes range from 10 to 30 minutes, so you can choose what fits your energy levels, goals and schedule.

Do I need any equipment?

A mat is all you need!

Some classes may suggest small pros like a ball, light weights or resistance bands, but these can be swapped out and are always optional.

Is this suitable during pregnancy or post-natal?

This platform is not specifically designed for pregnancy or post natal rehabilitation. If you are pregnant, post-natal, or have specific medical concerns, please seek individual advice before starting.
