This platform is designed to support you to move with confidence, at your own pace, in a way that feels right for your body. 

 You don't need prior Pilates experience, and you don't need to push yourself. This is Physio-led movement that meets you where you are.

How to use this platform

You might enjoy following a routine, or you may prefer to choose what feels right on the day. 

 You can:

  • Choose a class from the library whenever suits you,  based on level, duration or preference.
  • Join the live weekly class for added motivation and accountability. 
  • Watch replays at a time that suits you. 
  • Pause or rest whenever needed. 

Foundation Pilates 

  • You're new to Pilates
  • You're returning after time away
  • You want calm, supportive movement
  • You prefer slower, more guided classes

Progressive Pilates 

  • You're comfortable with Foundation-level classes
  • You want more challenge 
  • You're looking to build strength and endurance

Targeted Sessions

Live Classes  

  • Mondays at 9.30-10.00am.

A note on moving safely

 

These classes are designed and led by a Physiotherapist and include options throughout. 

You're encouraged to move within a comfortable range, stop anything that doesn't feel right and rest whenever you need to. 

If you have a specific injury or medical concern, it's always appropriate to seek individual advice alongside these classes.  

There's no pressure to keep up, simply choose what feels supportive today.
