No. Foundation classes are suitable if you're new to Pilates or returning to movement after a break. Each class includes clear guidance and options so you can move at a pace that feels right for you. 

The 3 Fundamental videos go through the basics of breathing and movement so if you've never tried Pilates, these are a great option for you before you try a class. 

Classes are designed and led by a Chartered Physiotherapist and focus on safe, controlled movements. If you have general stiffness or tension in your back or joints, the Foundation classes are a good place to start, alongside the short Targeted Sessions, specifically for back mobility. 

If you have an acute episode of pain, or are experiencing sciatic or other nerve pain, then classes may not be suitable at this time and you should consult a Physio or GP before starting exercise.

The class will be available to watch on replay afterwards, so you won't miss out and can join wherever and whenever suits you best.
